TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The salon is located on the first floor and can be reached via a fixed staircase.
- Pets are not allowed in the salon.
- Smoking is not allowed in the salon.
- BWhen completing the intake form, you must provide all information. Think about the use of medication or allergies. If the information is not vThe beautician is not liable for any injury or damage if it has been provided in full or has been withheld.
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge for the cost of the treatment.
- If you have 10 minutes after being late, treatment will be canceled. You must then schedule a new appointment. Treatment may be billed.
- If (open) wounds are present on the skin, the treatment may not be able to continue. Discuss this with the beautician.
- Young people under the age of 16 must have permission from their parents or guardians.
- Balanced Beauty is not t liable for theft or loss of property.
- In case of theft, there is always reported to the police.
- In principle, only women are treated at Balanced Beauty.
- Are you not satisfied? Please contact the beautician as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
- You can pay by debit card or cash.
